Tosca Theresa Pardini, a cherished mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on November 16, 2025, at the age of 94. Surrounded by her loving family, Tosca’s final moments were marked by the soothing sounds of Frank Sinatra’s “Fly Me to the Moon.” As the song played softly, a ray of sunshine illuminated her face, symbolizing the warmth she brought to those around her.
Born on May 7, 1931, in San Francisco, Tosca carried the spirit of her city throughout her life. She later settled in Ross, California, where she cultivated a home rich in family values, tradition, and love. Tosca’s marriage to Sergio Pardini on February 17, 1952, at Saints Peter and Paul Church in North Beach marked the beginning of a remarkable partnership that lasted over six decades. Their bond was characterized by adventure and unwavering devotion.
Tosca was known for her warmth and elegance. She created an inviting atmosphere in her home, where everyone felt welcome. Proud of her Italian heritage, she lovingly passed on traditions to her family, leaving a lasting impact on their lives. Her kindness and grace resonated with all who knew her.
Traveling the world with Sergio, Tosca embraced life fully. Together, they were captivating dancers, bringing joy to every occasion. Her keen sense of style was evident in her impeccable fashion choices, and she had a flair for cooking, particularly known for her lasagna and unforgettable lobster thermidor. Tosca also had a natural talent for interior design, transforming spaces into comforting havens.
Tosca’s legacy is upheld by her three children: Mario Pardini and his wife Theresa, Paul Pardini and his wife Laurie, and Laura Ferjanec and her husband Shawn. She cherished her role as Nonna, forming deep connections with her grandchildren: Jenna Bottom and her husband Jeff, Daniel Pardini and his wife Carlie, Kimberly Horan and her husband Mike, Lauren Baldwin and her husband Nick, and Courtney Pardini. Her great-grandchildren, including Kennedy and London Bottom, Elle, Liam, and Jaxson Pardini, Noah and Quinn Horan, and Shelby and Barrett Baldwin, brought her immense joy.
The family will forever hold Tosca’s memory close to their hearts. Her spirit will continue to guide and comfort those she loved deeply. A memorial service will be held on November 22, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. at the Valley Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel, located at 650 Bugeia Lane, Novato, California. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to honor her memory.
