BREAKING: The Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce has just announced the honorees for the highly anticipated 15th Annual Salute to Patriots, set to take place at 4 PM on Wednesday at the SCV Senior Center at Bella Vida. The event, a powerful tribute to local veterans, will begin with registration starting at 3:30 PM.
This year’s distinguished honorees include Camille Applin-Jones, Juan Blanco, Robert Lasher, Vernon Charles Miller, Anthony Straight, Deputy Keith Wells, and Eric White. Each has demonstrated exceptional commitment to both the nation and the Santa Clarita business community.
“Today’s announcement highlights the very best of Santa Clarita,” said Di Thompson, Chair of the SCV Chamber board for 2025. “These individuals have served with distinction, making a significant impact through their leadership and community service.”
The Salute to Patriots honors veterans who continue to serve their communities long after their military careers. Throughout October, community members submitted nominations, resulting in the selection of these seven outstanding veterans.
