During the week of December 15 to 21, 2023, Salem County, New Jersey, experienced a notable uptick in residential property sales, with a total of 23 transactions reported. The median sale price for the area was set at $295,000 for a 1,536-square-foot home located on Quaker Road in Pennsville.

Among the transactions recorded, several notable sales include a property at 568 Route 49 in Bridgeton, which sold for $160,000. This home offers 1,652 square feet of living space, translating to a price of $97 per square foot. In Elmer, a house at 210 Chestnut Street sold for $105,000, covering 1,456 square feet at a rate of $72 per square foot.

Another significant sale occurred in Penns Grove, where a home at 280 Regional Drive fetched $166,500 for its 1,705 square feet, equating to $98 per square foot. Additionally, a property at 287 B Street was sold for $209,000, with a total area of 1,064 square feet, bringing the unit price to $196 per square foot.

The transactions also included a sale on 35 Railroad Ave. in Penns Grove for $240,000, featuring 1,501 square feet, at a price of $160 per square foot. Another notable sale in the area was at 60 N. Dupont Road, which sold for $320,000 for a property measuring 1,534 square feet, resulting in a unit price of $209 per square foot.
