A well-known model in Israel was arrested along with three others following a man’s death in Petah Tikva, which has now been classified as a suspected murder. This development comes ten days after the incident, initially thought to be a suicide.
The model and three other suspects were taken into custody by Israel Police after investigations revealed inconsistencies in the circumstances surrounding the victim’s death. According to reports from Israeli media, the body was sent for an autopsy to the National Center of Forensic Medicine in Abu Kabir.
Witness testimonies have altered the narrative of the incident, which reportedly took place at the model’s residence. KAN News reported that an argument erupted among the four suspects and the victim during the evening hours. It is alleged that the victim then jumped from a window, resulting in fatal injuries. Police investigations transitioned from a suicide inquiry to a homicide investigation due to the emerging evidence.
The model, described as being in a state of shock, has no prior criminal record, as stated by her legal representatives to Ynet. The victim’s father is currently serving a life sentence for the murder of his wife and attempted to seek temporary release from prison to attend his son’s funeral. His request was denied, although he was later granted permission to attend a shiva mourning ceremony for a few hours.
As the investigation continues, police have issued a gag order on further details regarding the case, limiting the information available to the public and media outlets. The situation remains fluid as authorities gather more evidence and testimonies.
