Renowned Executive Chef Ash Danao, who hails from a 7-acre coffee farm in Honaunau, will showcase a variety of dishes that reflect Hawaii’s rich cultural tapestry. “We are always having gatherings, especially at harvest time, at our place in rural Honaunau,” Chef Ash shared.
