BREAKING: A tragic crash on the Pennsylvania Turnpike has left one person dead early this New Year’s Day. Authorities confirm a male pedestrian was struck by a vehicle at approximately 4:40 a.m. on January 1, 2024, near mile marker 76.2, just north of the Mahoning Valley Interchange in Franklin Township.
