Officers patrolling near Roxbury Street and Washington Street witnessed Allen meeting with several individuals before entering a store, prompting immediate action.

In a swift response, police stopped two individuals associated with Allen and recovered bags of crack cocaine from each. Both suspects were informed they would be summoned for possession of a Class B substance. Following this, officers searched Allen and discovered 36 bags of crack cocaine in his possession. He is now facing serious charges, including two counts of distribution of Class B drugs and possession with intent to distribute.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
