Arc Beverly Launches Luxe Coworking and Social Club Today

UPDATE: Arc Beverly has officially opened its doors at 9800 Wilshire Blvd in Beverly Hills, offering a luxurious coworking and social club experience that is already turning heads. The venue promises to redefine workspace culture with its blend of upscale amenities and community-focused events.

Just announced, Arc Beverly spans 65,000 square feet of beautifully designed indoor and outdoor spaces, including private suites, collaborative work areas, and two stunning rooftop terraces. This new establishment aims to attract professionals looking to replace traditional office environments with a chic and vibrant lifestyle.

Oversaw by the innovative team at Good City Studio, led by husband-and-wife duo David Gutstadt and Amanda Potter, this project stands out in a crowded market. Gutstadt emphasized the club’s unique approach, stating, “We look at Arc Beverly as a workspace-focused club because the driving force for membership is the workspace and private suites.”

Arc Beverly is not just about work; it reimagines social engagement, making it a hub for business leaders, social media influencers, and startups. As the space transitions from its previous operator, Spring Place, ongoing renovations enhance the environment for new members, including tech companies with special requirements.

A standout feature of Arc is its elevated culinary program, crafted by culinary director Victor Totoris. With roots in Argentine cuisine, Totoris has introduced a seasonal menu offering fresh, locally sourced dishes. Highlights include a chicken milanesa sandwich and skirt steak with chimichurri. The dining experience is available for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and happy hour, attracting not only members but also non-members eager for a taste of luxury.

Arc Beverly is quickly becoming a hotspot for major events in Los Angeles, hosting gatherings like the NBA All-Star Weekend and the Oscars. With its capacity for intimate dinners, film screenings, and rooftop yoga classes, the venue is poised to capitalize on upcoming events such as the 2026 World Cup, 2027 Super Bowl, and 2028 Olympic Games.

To ensure smooth operations, the club has appointed industry veteran Florence Granteral as vice president of club experience and operations. Granteral brings extensive experience from her role at NeueHouse Club Venice, enhancing the member experience as a business incubator and event venue.

Membership at Arc Beverly starts at $300 per month, offering access to exclusive facilities and services including cultural and wellness programming, private event bookings, and reciprocal privileges at partner clubs globally. As other premium coworking spaces in Los Angeles face closures, Arc is witnessing a surge in interest, with inquiries up by 50% following recent market shifts.

With its luxurious offerings and prime location, Arc Beverly is set to transform the landscape of coworking and social clubs. As Potter notes, “Over the next 12 months, our mission is to build a place where people can work, network, and recharge,” signaling an exciting future for this dynamic space.
