Originally from Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, she leaves behind a family that includes her children, Ken (Lisa Blee) Bergman and Jeff (Jenny) Bergman, as well as her brother-in-law Ron (Leslie) Bergman of Washington and sister-in-law Judy (Andy) Weber of North Carolina.
In addition to her immediate family, Jean is survived by five grandchildren—Corey (Maddie), Tess (William), Max (Peyton), Devin, and Sophia—along with her great-grandchild Callen and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Bergman; her parents, Gilbert and Leota Mannor; and her brothers Jack and Richard Mannor, along with sister-in-law Joyce Mannor.

Born and raised in Acme, Michigan, Jean pursued her education at Michigan State University. Throughout her career, she worked in administration for various companies, most notably with the Inver Grove Heights Police Department. Her professional contributions were marked by dedication and a commitment to service.
