AiMOGA Robotics Launches Global Brand Strategy at 2025 Summit

The 2025 Chery International User Summit, held on October 19 in Wuhu, China, marked a significant milestone as AiMOGA Robotics unveiled its new global brand strategy. This event, part of the broader AiMOGA Global Business Conference, showcased Chery Group’s ambitions in the rapidly evolving landscape of technology and robotics. The summit emphasized the importance of creating integrated ecosystems that connect technology with users and societal needs.

Chery Group, a leader in the automotive industry, incubated AiMOGA Robotics to drive innovation into the “Automotive + Robot” era. The launch of AiMOGA’s global strategy signals Chery’s commitment to fostering a collaborative and intelligent ecosystem. The initiative aims to offer a systematic model for global industrial transformation, merging automotive engineering with robotic technology.

Strategic Vision: Driving New Growth

At the summit, Zhang Guibing, General Manager of AiMOGA Robotics, outlined the company’s ambitious development plan. The strategy aims for a deep integration of intelligent vehicles and robotic applications. AiMOGA plans to introduce a diverse range of humanoid and quadruped robots designed for various sectors, including marketing, education, and home services. The company has set a target to sell over 90,000 quadruped robots and more than 40,000 humanoid robots by 2030, positioning itself among the top robotics enterprises globally.

This strategy reflects AiMOGA’s confidence as a standalone entity and Chery Group’s vision of robotics as a new growth engine. The focus on integrating advanced technology into everyday applications aims to enhance human interaction and service capabilities.

Technological Breakthroughs and Innovations

The event highlighted Chery Group’s engineering prowess, particularly in the technology release segment. According to Xia Peng, Executive Vice General Manager of AiMOGA Robotics, the company has made significant advancements in artificial intelligence. After three years of research and development, AiMOGA has elevated its capabilities from L2 (collaborative-level) to L3 (assistance-level), a key step towards achieving higher intelligence in robotics.

This leap in technology is underpinned by Chery Group’s expertise in electric vehicle components. The advanced capabilities of AiMOGA’s robots, including high-torque-density joints, leverage Chery’s innovations in motor and reducer technology. Additionally, the MoLink cloud platform operates as the robots’ “intelligent brain,” sharing its data-processing functions with Chery’s connected vehicle systems. This synergy exemplifies Chery’s commitment to transforming automotive expertise into a sustainable innovation engine for robotics.

AiMOGA’s multimodal perception system and the self-developed vision-language model, MoNet, further benefit from Chery’s long-term investments in intelligent driving technologies. These elements collectively enhance the company’s mission to provide human-like assistance through robotics.

Expanding Global Presence

As a premier green mobility technology enterprise and the leading passenger car exporter in China for the past 22 years, Chery Group has established a robust global presence. Serving over 17.7 million users across more than 120 countries, Chery’s extensive service network supports AiMOGA Robotics in its global expansion efforts.

AiMOGA has already achieved significant milestones, becoming the first humanoid robot to secure hardware and software EU certifications. The company has entered markets in over 30 countries, including Malaysia, Indonesia, the UAE, and South Africa. This achievement is bolstered by Chery’s experience in international market access and brand development, facilitating AiMOGA’s swift global rollout.

Looking forward, AiMOGA aims to leverage Chery’s international network to establish a comprehensive service system characterized by “global coverage, real-time response, and full-dimensional support.” This strategy is part of a broader vision to create a new global robotics ecosystem in collaboration with partners worldwide.

The 2025 Chery International User Summit not only highlighted AiMOGA Robotics’ strategic initiatives but also illustrated Chery Group’s evolution from an automotive manufacturer to a technology-driven ecosystem enterprise. Under the theme “Co-Create • Co-Define,” the summit showcased how Chery is merging automotive technology with global operations and intelligent solutions. The company aims to shape a future that fosters collaboration and value-sharing across borders and industries.
